? Understand customers’ needs and solve problems
? Assist the office manager, manage and take ownership for office administrative tasks

? At least 2 years' experience as sales Operations admin from High-tech software companies
? Experience as administrative assistance- advantage
? Logical thinking
? Strong understanding of operational processes & procedures
? Good communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external focal points (subsidiaries, HQ, R&D etc.)
? Ability to prioritize tasks
? Service oriented person
? High level English
