Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, support Sales Rep Compensation issues etc. and special project related topics Preparation of monthly executive Sales Review Call (SRC) meetings Support for global internal allocation order splits Intermediate role as a business translator between Sales and Finance (ensure bi-directional communication) Strong interaction with VP of Business Operations Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business performance and creates regular report to management. May perform and complete also projects re. developing financial and controlling standards and guidelines. Carries out a range of operational tasks and project work in the area of expertise as assigned by superior. May or may not be specialized in any kind of financial area. May also contribute to the (further) development of concepts and standards in the aread of expertise based on operational experience. Minimum Qualifications: Proven track-record in critical analysis and the ability to deep dive into problems. Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation/mind set Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong analytical and administrative skills, formal Business Analysis experience preferred. Ability to visualize project process in PPT, EXCEL, Dashboarding and Management-Level Reporting Prior experience in managing budgets and cost center reporting and forecasting preferred.
