We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced sales enablement expert. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our Sales organization, thereby impacting the success of our company at large. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evolution of cutting-edge sales enablement solutions that elevate capability and drive performance. This critical role offers the opportunity for personal growth, requires best-in-class facilitation & presentation skills, expertise in sales enablement, and experience developing and executing innovative sales enablement applied learning practices & experiences. You will report to the Head of JAPAC Sales Readiness.
You will innovate, create, implement, and manage impactful, scalable sales enablement Applied Learning programs. You’ll be empowered to find new ways to elevate the capabilities of our sales leaders and teams, ensuring everyone across our GTM organization has the opportunity to do their very best work positively impacting both the Greater China and JAPAC businesses.
This role can be based in any of our regional offices.
Qualifications
Your Impact
Support the Design, development and monthly running of role-based training paths for new hires in Greater China.
Support the design, development and management of onboarding and continuous learning programs for field sales and District Sales Managers
Facilitate / deliver programs (Onboarding, Performance Skill Development, and Manager Effectiveness) that leverage blended applied learning practice & application combining peer reinforcement to ensure learning is impactful, measurable and effective.
Stakeholder Management
Establish strong trusted partnerships with Regional/District leadership and account managers, addressing regional/local needs & responding to requests
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & business leaders to develop relevant content, tools and resources to aid skill development & on-the-job learning application
Create sales enablement assets that simplify complex subjects into clear, digestible, actionable information
Ensure content remains current & reflects the latest in product, market, and customer information
Measure and report on business impact of enablement programs
Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Additional Information
Your Experience
7+ years relevant experience designing & delivering sales enablement programs and/or learning solutions
Strong / Fluent capability in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and also English
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply across a wide variety of learning solutions
Data driven with program management experience strongly preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are a requirement
Agile and flexible - equally comfortable collaborating closely with SMEs and partners as well as executing independently
Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
Tight-knit collaboration and problem solving skills
Bias for execution and delivering results
Collaboration comes naturally
Previous experience in a quota carrying role and ability to understand the challenges that the sales team encounters daily is preferred
