Key role:
This Sales Rep will be focused in selling product(s) to assigned Retailers
(Channel Partners), successfully executing and strengthening CON selling
strategy for CA territory.
Responsibilities:
1\. In coordination and alignment with the CON segment business partners, this
position is responsible for quarterly sales projection plan preparation and
execution, ensuring the achievement of Lenovo´s CA sales goal and market share
(for each country of the CA territory).
2\. In charge of portfolio presentation to the Wholesaler, retail, and CON
distributors, acting as a link between the different business areas involved
in order to answer effectively the diverse requirements that might appear
within the channels partners.
3\. The role also offers support to Retails regarding offering preparation for
the end customer and, in coordination with the distributor, negotiates and
monitors Retailer purchase orders.
4\. In charge of ensuring the correct distribution of inventory within
channels (according to Lenovo’s focus regarding retailers). Retailers´s
Inventory analysis, control, and monitoring to execute sales acceleration
plan.
5\. Monitoring of PVP competitiveness, market trends for the CON segment, and
competition’s actions.
6\. Management of SOUPs funds process.
7\. Works in the exploration and identification of opportunities to develop
new business/clients.
8\. As a CON Sales expert, executes product training to the Wholesaler’s
Salesforce and supports with the supervision of the promoter’s agency.
#### Position Requirements:
Requirements:
• BA Degree in Engineering, Administration or similar careers
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Retail sales for HW Technology industry.
• Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment.
• Successful candidates will have excellent bilingual (English / Spanish)
verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dynamics / SAP is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality.
• Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must)
• Accountability and time management / organization skills.
• Analytical Thinking and problem resolution oriented.
• High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with
little supervision).
