TO follow the direction of company ’s overseas development, we are looking for a Sales Representative. You will be an important member of the sales organization, playing a critical role to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Sometimes, you will focus on insides sales, “cold calling” for new clients, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage long-term customer relationship by providing excellent customer services
• Identify and engage top clients in Go-To-Market and other partnership-oriented opportunities.
• Advise field sales teams on retail market trends and strategies to win/accelerate opportunities with customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze the market trend to identify potential leads
• Identify high potential clients running on competing platforms, develop and execute on migration strategies in partnership with field sales teams.
• Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities
• Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
• Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of SagaDigits solutions to potential customers
• Achieve qualification goals
• Present a high level, technical solution to diverse audiences which include colleagues, prospects and customers relevant to target industry or market
Basic qualifications
• College/University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in retail industry.
• Experience in shopping malls, property developers or contract negotiation is a bonus
• Competitive, numerate and commercially minded individual with a head for targets
• High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
• Highly motivated and independent, fun and passionate
Preferred qualifications
• Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
• Technical interest, with 1 year experience in IT prospecting or sales
• Previous sales/knowledge, understanding of the lifecycle and needs of retailers / shopping malls
• Prior experience helping advance customers' business objectives beyond just selling them products or services.
• An interest in technology and the startup ecosystem, curious and enjoy exploring new things
• Ability to learn quickly, be creative and take initiative
• Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional
Preferred Skills
- Customer Service Skills, you will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – extremely clear, tactful and timely, speak to customers about product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
- Ability to work independently
