What we expect

• You are skilled, professional in the industrial area and have knowledge in a productive workshop, crafts business or factory

• You know all basics about tools, hardware, fasteners, Kanban systems and consumable products those are used in productive workshops and factories

• You know how to communicate and network to maintain and extend our active customers and increase sales

• You have a high level of self motivation, know how to organize yourself and experience how to work independently

• You have sales experience, are punctual, a team player, patient and reliable as a reference for our company

• You are very good in project planning and proceeding, customer management and ambitious to serve

What is required

• 3 years experience in industrial field or workshop/craft environment

• age between 25-35 years old

• working area: Shanghai or Suzhou

• C1 driver license

• College graduate or above with major in mechanical/industrial or comparable field

• basic knowledge in spoken English

• Create sales in maintaining and extending the existing customer performance

• Find and develop new customers, identify and develop the company’s unique selling opportunities

• Represent RECA to the outside and communicate daily with the related departments inside

• Active product presentation and industrial solutions to and with our customers

• Think in solutions for our customers to supply C-part systems and fulfill requirements on time
