This role supports business development between China and Vietnam, and may require occasional travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

1. Communicate and follow up with Vietnamese customers via phone, email and social media in Vietnamese and Chinese.
2. Develop new clients, negotiate orders and maintain long-term customer relationships.
3. Translate business documents, quotations and product information between Chinese and Vietnamese.
4. Coordinate with internal team on order production, shipment and after-sales issues.
