Sales Representative, E-shops/IT Channel

Job Description
E-shop Sales Representative will be responsible for the execution of the sales target with online resellers for both PQ and PD applications. The key responsibilities will include e-shops account management, new partners development using all resources available in Tier 2 partnership program such as marketing funds, rebates, trainings etc. The sales target i.e. turnover will be measured by partners’ sales-out, sales profitability and customer satisfaction. • Achieve sales targets, promote growth and expansion at the assigned market (on-line resellers in Russia) • Implement all necessary activities to ensure continue grow: products content, products placement, successful promotion plan and other marketing activities • Work in close collaboration with channel sales team, channel and digital marketing to build up an effective wining strategy • Build partner relationships throught daily interface with on-line partners and tier distributors both by phone and visits. • Ensure that partner requirements are addressed timely i.e. inquiries, contracts or and its amendments, order handling etc. • Gain understanding of partner needs and competitive landscape to anticipate sucessful marketing and sales activities • Act as a point of contact for commercial warranty issues, quality issues, and partner complaints. • Originate, develops, and facilitates trainings including ones at partner locations (if applicable). • Provide regular reporting to the head of the sales team •The persons should also demostrate creative mindset to support our channel partners with innovative go-to-market approach Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Degree in business/economics will be a plus. 3-5 years of sales experience in an IT company preferred in Channel sales/ distributors/E-Shops Knowledge of UPS products incl software, Data Center business, the IT market in Russia English - intermediate level required.
