To strengthen our Sales Oncology Team we are looking for you as a

Sales Representative Oncology (m/w/d)

Territory: Upper Austria

Responsibilities

  • Develops objectives and agrees to territory annual sales objectives with manager - operates within agreed expense budgets
  • Develops and implements territory POA
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Access) to develop robust key account plans and objectives and to share responsibilities
  • Leads management of x-functional key account plans
  • Evaluates progress vs plan monthly; makes tactical, strategic and longer-term course corrections in collaboration with manager
  • Reports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up to date
  • Regularly provides input to product/sales management on strategy implementation and competitor activity
  • Contributes to business unit-wide plans, initiatives and cross-functional projects
     

Required qualifications and skills

  • Degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences or "Pharmareferentenprüfung"
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales related job (sales experience in Oncology preferred)
  • Industry and sales practices knowledge
  • Experience with Computer Systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • High digital affinity
  • Experience in interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

We offer an annual minimum base pay of € 58.300 gross (full time/All-In) per year and attractive benefits. The final compensation package will depend  on your qualification and experience.
