Job Description
The job responsibilities of a sales representative usually include the following aspects:
1. Customer development
• Actively search for potential customers and establish customer contacts through various channels, such as market research, participation in exhibitions, online promotion, etc.
• Develop and implement effective customer development plans to continuously expand the customer base.
2. Customer relationship maintenance
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers, understand customer needs and feedback.
• Provide high-quality customer service, solve customer problems and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Product sales
• Be familiar with the characteristics, advantages and value of the company's products or services, and be able to introduce and promote them clearly and accurately to customers.
• Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs to facilitate the conclusion of sales orders.
4. Achievement of sales targets
• Set personal sales targets and formulate corresponding sales strategies and plans.

• Pay attention to market dynamics and the situation of competitors, collect relevant information and timely feedback to the company.
• Assist the company in conducting market research and analysis, and provide suggestions for product improvement and marketing promotion.
6. Sales document management
• Be responsible for the collation, filing and storage of relevant sales documents such as sales contracts, quotations and customer information.
7. Participation in sales meetings and training
• Attend sales meetings organized by the company on time and report work progress and problems.
• Actively participate in training courses arranged by the company to continuously improve sales skills and professional knowledge.
