KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Principal Responsibility
-Assist regional sales mgr to design the annual sales plan and target
-Responsible for the mandate of the sales task, cultivate to enhance the sales ability, complete the contract signed volume.
-Assist the marketing department to promote the activity and reach the marketing or sales target.
-Be responsible for the control and management of the expenditure, including travel business fee, entertainment fee, ad promotion expenditure and office daily expenses
-Establish a good relationship with distributors and key customers as to ensure the successful cooperation.
-Regular compile the sales report for the assessment of the decision-making level.
-Collect the information of the competitor's on the aspect of distributors.
-Design strategy to maximize the retail volume and the proper inventory.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCES FOR SUCCESS
-Age:25-35 years old
-Gender: No limitation
-Residence: Living and working in the same city more than 3 years.
-Language skill:Good in speaking,listening,writing and reading skills in both Chinese and English. No accent
-Computer Skills:Word, excel, etc
-Education background: diploma certificate or above
-Working experience: At least having more than 3 years no less than three people sales team management experience and the on-trade negotiation experience.
-Preferred condition: Good communication skill, negotiation skill and business managerial ability.
-Personality and ability: Influential Self-inspired, responsible, having team-spirit, warm and gentle, having the ability to solve problem.
-Others(whether it is necessary to go on business trip frequently, other special request):Be adapt to on-trade working time
