Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Manage good and close relationships with customers.
- Maintain and update our customer database.
- Order follow-up, coordinate after-sales service and prepare reports.
- Screen and control incoming emails and handling phone call enquiries.
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Provide office administrative support on ad-hoc assignments when required.
Job requirements
- Graduate or diploma in Hotel or Institutional or Marketing Management with 2-3 years relevant working experience; fresh graduate will be considered for junior position.
- WSET qualification a plus.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skill.
- Good command of English and Chinese, accurate typing skill.
- Pleasant, mature & independent with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multi-tasking and with a passion for the wine industry.
