Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
  • Manage good and close relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and update our customer database.
  • Order follow-up, coordinate after-sales service and prepare reports.
  • Screen and control incoming emails and handling phone call enquiries.
  • Participate in promotional activities.
  • Provide office administrative support on ad-hoc assignments when required.

Job requirements

  • Graduate or diploma in Hotel or Institutional or Marketing Management with 2-3 years relevant working experience; fresh graduate will be considered for junior position.
  • WSET qualification a plus.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skill.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, accurate typing skill.
  • Pleasant, mature & independent with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to multi-tasking and with a passion for the wine industry.
