Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division is looking for a
Sales Scientific Liaison (m/f/d)
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and Sales Support with focus on ID (infectious disease)
- Person of Contact for customers, sales representatives, back office and product specialist microbiology
- Active search and implementation of the Alere-i (LFU-PCR) strategy and development as well as merchandising
- Strong communication with microbiologists/ infectiologist in view of positioning the brand as well as enhance the brand awareness
- Development of sales strategies and marketing events in coordination with the marketing department
- Monitoring and support of new projects
- Development of cross-selling opportunities for the Alere products
- Preparation of customized Information
- Development of abruption possibilities as well as a development of the pricing strategy and abruption tools
Profile
- Primary degree in BA or equivalent work experience in the field of diagnostics
- Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- At least 3 years’ experience working in Medical Devices or similar environment
- Detailed understanding of the industry
- Ideally experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer focused organization.
- Preferential knowledge of the sales market and job profile
- Experience in working on strategic topics
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
