Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the current business and generating new sales leads for the assigned Home Appliance based major accounts.

• Define short, Mid and long term strategy to achieve business growth.

• Develop good relationship with all layers of customer organization: R&D, Purchasing Team and Management

• Promote ST full kit products/Develop solution or sub-system with close Co-operation of ST marketing/FAE to meet customer requirement.

• Hit quarterly / annually sales budget.

• Project owner to drive internal resources support.

• Build customer profile, TAM SAM and SWOT analysis.

• Understood Home- Appliances New Policy: Smart Home/ Home-Robot/etc… trend and Expand New Business Field

Requirements:

• 5-10 years working experience

• Bachelor degree and above

• Minimum 3-5 years technical background with FAE, Marketing or Technical Sales is preferred.

• Proactive, Positive, keen to win and team work.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
