Develop and maintain customers and suppliers within China
Search, screen, and evaluate suppliers of fragrances, aroma chemicals, chemical raw materials, and related products
Handle quotations, price comparisons, negotiations, sample follow-up, and order coordination
Follow up on customer requirements and support sales communication
Maintain supplier and customer databases
Coordinate communication between the internal team, suppliers, and customers
Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, product information, and documentation
Support selected international customers and suppliers when required
(English and Chinese are a must, Russian would be a bonus)
