As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for using the tools to support replacement motor solutions for both export and domestic market, in Motion Business Area in Wuhan, China.

Reporting to the Sales Manager - Service Business, you will provide training to enhance local ABB's knowledge of service business.

Your responsibilities

• Promoting service portfolio in assigned market. Developing the relationship and business to realize the budget and targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue and GM) and to maximize profitable growth for ABB in service
• Providing (technical) support for ABB's customer on motors, generators, improving the customers’ satisfaction and generating service request
• Providing training to enhance local ABB's knowledge of service business
• Summarizing the spare parts request from each country, supporting local Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Using the tools to support replacement motor solutions for both export and domestic market
• Communicating and assisting other area sales or other team to fulfill the work target together

Your background

• 3 years of experience in motor or generator application/engineering/R&D
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A Science or bachelor’s degree in Computer science or software engineering
• English CET-4 or above
• Fast learner with good communication skill and teamwork spirit
• Must be innovative, open minded and customer oriented
