Job Description

This position is responsible for achieving Mercedes-Benz Mobility Long Term Rental Sales KPI by building strong relationship with Dealers. The Sales Specialist will visit the dealers on a regular basis to train sales person and sales intermediaries as well as review Dealers’ KPIs with their sales management team. This position is responsible for increasing Dealer satisfaction and contributing to Mercedes-Benz’ sales through improving processes and providing rental products with high quality

1. Build Sales Strategy, develop and analyze KPIs
* Monitoring and tracking of KPI achievement per Dealer for their Long Term Rental Sales
* Coordinate Sales strategy based on market trends and customers’ demand
* Propose and jointly develop strong retention strategy
2. Consultancy and communication with Dealer management
* Proactive Sales communication with Sales Managers (SM) and Sales Consultants (SC)
* Develop solid communication channel with SM/SC
* Support SC requests regarding credit application, product, or adhoc requests
* Support and work jointly with the dealers to constantly improve MBMK KPIs
3. SC and Dealer Training
* Implement proper sales training to both sales person and sales intermediaries in terms of products, process and system.
4. Constantly improve MBMK CMS and POS systems
* Propose enhancement of sales process to achieve high efficiency and digitization
* Support the development of the retail point of sales system and Contract Management System
* Alignment with all internal and external stakeholders
Remark: frequent dealer visit nationwide will be required.
5. Dealer/Brand Partner Relation Management
* Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with Dealers
* Coordinate activities and planning with dealers to rollout MBMK systems and products
* Provide proper solution for the escalated sales issues from Dealers
* Work closely with MBK to develop joint promotion and coordinate Sales Activities including strong collaboration with MBK Fleet Team.
* Ensure brand consistency and integrated market appearance.
* Contribute to the development of a strong value proposition to Dealers and Brand Partners
6. MBMK Branding and Exploring new mobility business
* Analyze competitors activity and build up new services such as Short Term Rental, Subscription etc. following the market trends
* Propose innovative and share digital best practices to maximize customer acquisition & retention
* Observe the relevant market trends and constantly look for new mobility activities opportunities
* Create management report describing the market situation in terms of pricing, trend, etc.
