Sales Specialist responsible for end users, consultants and EPC’s, focused but not limited to the key market segments of Utility, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power Generation and General Industry. The role will represent ABB’s Electrification Products including Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving regional sales budget and the collation, submission and accuracy of regional forecasts.
  • Formulate business strategies in association with the UK Sales Manager and Business Market managers for the region.
  • Gaining Enquiries to key opportunities through engaging End Users, EPC’s and Consultants.
  • Following Enquiries through the sales cycle to order placement.
  • Maintain CRM System with weekly updates
  • Ensure opportunity coordination across the sales team including other SS’s and Account Managers to ensure all the opportunity bases are covered leading to successful opportunity outcomes
  • Ensure Collaboration with other ABB divisions to maximize the opportunity portfolio for ABB
  • Achievement against set KPI’s and agreed personal objectives
  • Ensure timely responses to business information and support requests
  • Assist with input into Budgeting process
