Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and Maintain good relationships with customers
• Build up long-term relationships with customers to generate recurring business
• Provides servicing and supports to existing client
• Customer visits
• Responsible for base sales target and meet the target
• Responsible for Customer Service plan and activities, and ensure the execution, monitoring and reviewing.
• Handling client’s enquiries, complaints and follow up.
• Co ordinate with other department in term of logistic, marketing, finance and etc.
• Procure all payment including overdue account issue in a timely manner
• Process and handle the daily email enquiries within service level
• Prepare reports and updates on regular basis

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma graduates within 2 to 3 years experience in customer services
• Working in Trade and Skin Care industry is preferable
• Good customer services and communications skills
• Strong PC skills in MS Office
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferable
