Job Description
Establish, maintain and develop Customer relationships
Execute business plans in the assigned area
Monitor market developments and search for new business possibilities
Assist customers with product questions and resources – provide product & application recommendations
Ensure/provide proactive communication & network internally on service, complaints or other important insight gained during allocated customer contacts
First point of contact for stakeholders in customer for day to day commercial issues and supply issues
Co-operate with CSR’s, Marketing and technical resources to exploit identified sales opportunities by “selling” customers effective solutions for developing their businesses
Sell and negotiate contracts and supply agreements, value added services
Negotiate commercial complaints as necessary
Responsible for ongoing Customer AR, within defined guidelines – monitor Receivables and take preventative and/or corrective action as necessary – collaborate with Finance
Provide basic technical support to customers (product catalog questions, basic technical knowledge, etc.).
Quarterly inter-company business reviews and monthly reporting
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree, + 3 years sales management experience. Related industry background will be preferred
