1. 完成负责区域销售目标，协助经理达成所属地区的年度销售目标；

2. 管理和维护现有渠道经销商及重点终端客户，

• 协助督促经销商库存消化，执行公司销售方案；
• 落实订单与回款；
• 根据要求执行公司的新品推广、促销方案；
• 协调公司市场，物流，客诉等各部门和经销商及终端的关系，协助做好各项售后服务工作；

3. 收集竞品信息并及时反馈，按照市场动态协助设计相应价格/市场促销方案；

4. 开发新市场新渠道，如，针对电商、商超、餐饮等新渠道的开发工作

5. 经理分配的其他任务。

1. 大专以上学历，专业不限；
2. 3年以上食品行业工作经验，有独立运作市场经验及经销商管理相关工作经验，熟悉烘焙市场优先；
3. 具备较好的自我管理能力，分析判断能力和协调沟通能力；
4. 有责任心， 以结果为导向，能够承担销售压力;
5. 能够熟练应用办公软件
