SUMMARY:

Actively support the department in the achievement of Sales goals.

Provide satisfied service, well maintain good relationship with the clients.

Good knowledge of product and can work on tracks under clear guidance.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment for the daily working and follow up.

2. Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities, coordinate with senior sales supporting to deal with OP & CSD settle down various cases.

3. Act on daily report for orders processed, draft quotation on optimization of margins per sales request & follow it up.

4. Keep searching prospect clients’ resource through different channels, maintain and update results of all Sales leads.

5. Ability to manage self-growth, achieve higher level via participating trainings.

6. Ability to make the cold call and filter the potential clients for sales to follow up.

7. Answer the incoming call & customer inquiries actively, be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available professionally and timely, to meet clients’ satisfaction.

8. Provide a friendly and professional communication style with customers. Sell our good services, build good relationship and confidence with new customers, maintain healthy relationship with existing customers, call existing clients of the company to try to sell additional products or services.

9. Ability to cooperate with sales term for the visit/agent visit if needed.

10. Ability to touch the trendy of market level in time.

11. Study and be familiar with the SOP of different departments and basic business skills, take participate in SOP drafting, and coordinate operations, monitor the SOP’s follow up..

12. Ability to update and keep current the contact list and general information about customers in the CRM system.

13. Ability to collect and prepare meeting report and minutes.

14. Assist the Sales, Team for the sales activities preparation and follow up.

15. Accomplish other tasks given by the Manager.


ADDINTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To take up additional tasks as assigned.

2. Back up for other team members when necessary.

3. Ability to cooperate with sales for over time if needed.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. College degree or above.

2. Minimum 5 years of operation or sales support working experience in forwarding industry, with working experience in international forwarding company is preferred.

3. Proficiency in written English and fluency in spoken English

4. Familiar with the procedure of seafreight export operation and forwarding related knowledge.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skill, good sense of customer service.

6. Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and good work under pressure.

7. Strong desire and ability to learn the new concepts, knowledge and skills

8. Be Familiar with the CRM system.
