GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed delivery plan for domestic and export sales based on sales plan and customer needs, with the coordination with sales, planner, production/tolling team, etc.

• Follow-up delivery plan with close coordination with CSR, local logistic team and other functional teams, to make sure the shipment can be delivered on time

• Understand the whole delivery working process and key checking points, prepare and collect necessary documents as needed with the strong coordination with other team

• Documentation of original copy of contracts and each order details

• Regularly provide related sales record and shipment reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills

• Familiar with Office softwar

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Good oral and written English

• Experience of working in international company is preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN YEARS:

• At least 3 years customer service or sales support related experienc
