GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop detailed delivery plan for domestic and export sales based on sales plan and customer needs, with the coordination with sales, planner, production/tolling team, etc.
Follow-up delivery plan with close coordination with CSR, local logistic team and other functional teams, to make sure the shipment can be delivered on time
Understand the whole delivery working process and key checking points, prepare and collect necessary documents as needed with the strong coordination with other team
Documentation of original copy of contracts and each order details
Regularly provide related sales record and shipment reports
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
Familiar with Office softwar
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
Good oral and written English
Experience of working in international company is preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN YEARS:
- At least 3 years customer service or sales support related experienc
