Job Objective:- Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional level
Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for executing the cascaded action plans to achieve the goals of the department, in particular:
Helping improving customer service by deploy & guide to direct report delivering excellent gift reward service & report tracking weekly/monthly to sales team & bank partners.
Management effectively & efficiently fix asset though Inventory Management tool (iPad, POS, Projector, Screen…)
Managing & enhancing Partnership Distribution’s processes which under Coordination responsibility to internal & external stake holders: bank partner, vendors, internal department.
Maximizing digital tool on BAU activities to reduce human error
In charge of warehouse management & stock reconciliation with Finance & sale teams
Job requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Structured and problem-solving skills.
Time management skills while working under tight timelines
Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese & English is a plus
Strong Microsoft office skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges.
Ability to work through ambiguity, complex, dynamic & fast pace work environment
