Position Overview Siemens Large Drives Business is looking for a dynamic sales support professional that will be an integral part of Large Drives Applications (LDA AM US) Business Unit, responsible for supporting sales excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams (especially sales teams) to achieve business outcomes, support management with sales KPI, and identify trends from CRM tools and data. Responsibilities Optimize US processes around CRM tool including but not limited to: Data quality & key performance indicators Reporting Business / Account planning Functionality improvements Sales feedback to management on strengths & Opportunities of regional projects Focus on digitalization and data analytics to help achieve business goals Support team with data project mining, market analysis and share, market transparency and develop/ build significant dashboards and presentations to tell the big picture story. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Ability to influence without authority and gain consensus from all partners Pro-actively lead schedules and deliverable due dates Strong communication and presentation skills BS/BA in related subject area, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
