Our integrated automation solutions, application expertise across a wide scope of industries and our global presence deliver tangible customer value.

Provide professional & on time sales support to ABB frontend organizations worldwide, in order to increase profitable sales from whole ABB value chain and win market shares for our products made in China; meanwhile provide input & analysis about market to help management setup / adjust strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Achieving sales target in term of value, margin and unit for assigned product and / or region, based on following-up & reviewing with individual LBU’s budget.
  • Being responsible for a correct price / margin from the ABB perspective in cooperating with global KAM, LBU frontend colleagues and price management.
  • Driving business & internal trainings for products / applications, with support from local management and cooperating with product managers, segment managers, service managers.
  • Working closely with frontend team for understanding market such as market demands, customer request, competition status, SWOT situation, market prices, etc., and bring feedbacks with analysis & provide proposal.
  • Developing market plans, product introductions, new product launch, etc. together with management, maximizing the sales of the products.
  • Driving and supporting market events for assigned product and / or region, providing overall rolling forecast monthly with daily dialogue to assigned region.
  • Communicating & supporting frontend colleagues in terms of quotation, ordering, first-line technical questions, etc. at daily basis, with support from backend technical teams within and/or outside of our own department.
  • Traveling together with frontend colleagues to visit existing / potential customers and/or partners, to help frontend to grasp orders from the market, maintaining necessary databases and providing customized solution to meet customer request.

Your background

  • Must have university degree majored in mechanical engineering / robotics / industrial automation or other engineering degrees.
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in technical sales support / sales & marketing / proposal / process position for investment manufacturing equipment or its consumers required.
  • Must have technical working experience with good interpersonal communication & presentation skill is a must.
  • Being proactive, a good team player, initiative and analytical ability, customer orientated but result driven is must.
  • Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications and Knowledge on SAP is desired.
  • Available & willing traveling worldwide preferred.
  • Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience is strongly preferred.
