Job Description
Sales Support Engineer For our Customer Services Business Unit in Kartal, we are looking for Sales Support Engineers who will be located in Istanbu. This role will be responsible for prepare turnkey solution, systems and service proposals based on customer specifications for Retrofit / Modernizations, Service and Maitenance Contracts, Digitilization Spare Parts, Energy Efficiency Services and other portfolio elements of DI CS and support Service Sales Engineers for technical and commercial discussions during order/contract preparation / negotiations and finalization. What part will you play? Analyze customer specifications and incorporate Unique Selling Proposals into proposals Co-ordinate with Service Sales Engineers to analyze tender technical requirements and provide optimized solutions Prepare commercial & technical offers Coordinate sales improvement processes Support sales staff in pre-tender & post-tender phase Support sales staff in meeting about tender clarifications with the customer Hand-over final order / contract to Project manager after necessary approvals. Preparation of cost estimates, submission and follow up of quotations Internal coordination with Engineering and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of offers Ensure all orders are in line with Limits of Authority and financial objectives of Siemens Document Management processes Review and evaluation of Requirements Compliant with regulations and company policies What you need to make real what matters. Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering field, Minimum 3 years of experience in the service business Advanced level of English, German is a remarkable asset The abilty to demonstrably understand Technical documentation and drawings of Industrial Automation and Drive Technologies, and to be able to communicate their details to 3rd parties is an advantage. Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills Good teamwork spirit; Open, proactive and hardworking Be decisive and have strong planning and facilitating skills. Enthusiastic, result-oriented, customer focused, resourceful and creative. What else do I need to know?
