This sales support role within our Personal Health (consumer) business is a fantastic entry level role which may suit a recent graduate. The Sales Support Executive is a critical role that supports the sales team in servicing our commercial customers. This individual sits within the Core channel dealing with three strategic customers, and is responsible for analytical work within the team, internal reports tracking customer activity, managing customer requests including product set-up, online imagery & NPD, along with general administration tasks that support the wider Sales team. The role is a springboard into Philips as you will work cross functionally with other departments and teams as well as have frequent exposure to senior business leaders.

You are responsible for

  • Create, maintain and provide analysis into a variety of weekly and daily sales reports, tracking sales, pricing, stock & revenue for each customer within the Core channel.

  • Reconciliation reports checking and maintaining the integrity of internal data systems.

  • Completing retailer nomination forms for product promotions, new product lines etc.

  • Maintain accurate financial records to support Sales, Pricing & Finance teams – raising & updating Customer Commitment Reference forms (CCRs), attending Trade Spend Reviews, tracking Stock Revaluations in line with commercial policy changes, processing of claims, disputes & invoices from customers.

  • Hitting Month-End/Quarter End KPI’s relating to claims and disputes.

  • Supporting Trade Shopper Marketing Manager with NPD & online product imagery.

  • Any other ad hock reporting & analysis to support business decisions and account plans.

  • Support & contribute in LEAN workshops and effectively seek to continuously improve areas of the business.

You are a part of

The Sales Support Executive reports to the Senior National Account Manager and you will be part of a Core Sales team consisting of four Account Managers and a Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist.

Please note this role will be home based during the current health crisis, however the role would normally be based in our Guildford office with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. We are due to re-locate to new premises in Farnborough, Surrey in March 2021, approximately 7 miles from our current location.
