In this role, you will provide support during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals and sales orders for your organizational unit or customer target group, concerning both sales and after-sales processes. You will: Prepare, review and create customer quotations and books customer orders / revisions to orders according to customer requirements. Systematically analyse order management processes / delivery performance and make proactive recommendations, taking ownership for driving improvements Handle email and phone enquiry for customers and other external and internal stakeholders. Develop reports and perform data analytics to generate new insights and process improvement opportunities. Interface with factory and product / marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes as appropriate. Use your skills to move the world forward. You have prior experience providing sales support activities, preferably in Rollingstock or rail industry. You are a self-motivated professional with the ability to work in matrix organisation with minimal supervision.
