As a proposal & business development engineer for Medium Voltage Partnering business, you will be responsible for following- Develop and Engage with Partners - Dealers - Distributors to generate business opportunities and garner business. Support and motivate the partners to achieve the set goals and targets. Regular reviews with the partner on the project list be on the crest w.r.t. project status to enable definite and time bound actions. Conduct technical discussions, product presentations and application based training sessions with the partner to enhance their competencies. Promote technical selling culture Maintain partner health card (Channel and Distributor Management) to define short-medium term and long term strategic actions. Develop Digitalization tools to improve the overall efficiencies Rendering timely prices and price support, monitoring and controlling the P/L for the overall business Prepare & analyze market trends, competitor portfolio We don't need superheroes, just super minds!
