Area of Responsibilities/Tasks Coordinate, implement & drive key critical initiatives like ICM for sales organization with close cooperation with BU, regional sales organization, and other function departments. E2E domain ownership of Sales Incentive topic by demonstrating ICM tool – that includes (but not limited to) activities like target setting, dispute resolution, quarter on quarter reconciliation of numbers in the tool and other systems, alignment topics between ICM & SieSales, Generating achievement calculations and aligning with P&O for payouts. Support Sales Head in structured Sales performance reviews by effective utilisation of ICM tool for analytics and reporting. Acts as support for Head of SI Sales & Business Excellence team regarding sales strategy implementation and sales steering Drive & Support in administrative tasks (e.g. Events & project promotions, Customer Experience Index, Net Promotor Score (NPS) activity, High spot, master data management etc) Develop the clarity of regional market and analyse the potential focus customers together with regional sales organization and BUs. Develop and operationalize sales excellence strategy including sales improvement program, regional coverage, and enhancement of sales efficiency. Develop systemic approach on key customer development process, coordinate with KAM and responsible sales for target setting, account assignment, process improvement and critical initiatives between SI and KAs. Generates customer-specific products and service portfolio concepts together with KAM, responsible sales, and BU Maintain and implement the Key Account Database and Analysis tools together with SI Sales, BU and other function departments. Drive the overall data quality in CRM tool. Other ad-hoc strategic project initiation and implementation Job Requirements Engineering Degree (preferably Electrical), Masters degree in Business Administration is a bonus. Preferably 7-10 years of experience in sales support functions, sales excellence team, account/ channel management or business development, preferably in a B2B industry environment Ability and prior experience of handling stakeholders in 3600 Experience in process streamlining and implementing of sales transformation initiatives Excellent team player and effective networker Strong credentials in CRM and Partnership Management. Critical thinking, big picture view and growth mindset Strong communication skills (external and internal) Good overview on Product / market knowledge + commercial concepts Influencing skills and stake holder management Analytics and Presentation skills – (High-level efficiency in MS Office tools & beyond) This role is based in Kalwa, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
