Areas of Responsibility Acts as support for Head of Business Support regarding strategy implementation and sales steering Develop and implement optimized sales steering methods based on regional sales strategies, growth and investment plans Process owner for Sales Steering and DynDash platform Monitor sales efficiency and effectiveness regularly, organize and prepare periodic sales reviews, identify optimization potential in sales steering processes Own Customer Relationship Management System (SieSales/Salesforce, Quip etc.) with customizations, onboarding, training etc. Setup structures and integrate CRM data (f. ex.
