Mission/Position Headline: Completes a number of processes and activities during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals and sales orders (incl. Bid Management) for an assigned organizational unit or customer target group, concerning both sales and after-sales processes. Areas of Responsibility: Proposal / Quotation : - Generate quotation / offer to customer based on sales and customer request - Generate order review for incoming orders - Generates reports regarding quotation released and order - Perform collaboration with BU supporting develop the price and pricing - Perform collaboration with commercial for the terms and conditions - Perform assistance for the sales and BU for the quotation support Intra-Company Business and Global Agreement - Maintain the opportunity from ICB, generate sie sales and report - Supporting BU regarding the price and pricing for ICB - Manage Global Agreement Master List for Indonesia customer - Prepare the Local adoption for global agreement together with sales and commercial Requirements: At least 3 years experience. Have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel Bachelor degree, preferable in technical Fluent in English is a must both written and oral Organization: Digital Industries Company: P.T.
