Job Description

Reporting to: Senior Manager, LSG Commercial Operations


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond effectively and efficiently to inquiries that come through sales support mailbox.
  • Supports commercial team on Quote Creation in SFDC & Siebel.
  • Assists in Sample Requests
  • Tender Systems Rules Forwarding & Upkeep
  • Demo arrangement, coordination on demo delivery, upkeep of demo Inventory
  • 3rd Party Requisition in E1
  • Support special pricing approval for LPD business.
  • Apply Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives within team. Identify process gaps and issues; recommend improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Adhoc duties such as internal events planning, name cards ordering, stationeries for sales use

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Dynamic player with a good business acumen desired
  • Capable of working on tight deadlines
  • Able to multitask
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales support, sales operations in related field preferred
  • SFDC knowledge is highly desired
