Job Description
Reporting to: Senior Manager, LSG Commercial Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond effectively and efficiently to inquiries that come through sales support mailbox.
- Supports commercial team on Quote Creation in SFDC & Siebel.
- Assists in Sample Requests
- Tender Systems Rules Forwarding & Upkeep
- Demo arrangement, coordination on demo delivery, upkeep of demo Inventory
- 3rd Party Requisition in E1
- Support special pricing approval for LPD business.
- Apply Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives within team. Identify process gaps and issues; recommend improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency and productivity.
- Adhoc duties such as internal events planning, name cards ordering, stationeries for sales use
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Dynamic player with a good business acumen desired
- Capable of working on tight deadlines
- Able to multitask
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales support, sales operations in related field preferred
- SFDC knowledge is highly desired
