Job Description

Job Description:

1.Fulfil the SOP for the customers.

2.Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations.

3.Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively.

4.Work closely with operations and other teams (as well as oversea office) to meet customer’s requirement and solve daily operational issues.

5.Proper documentation filling.

6.Monitor & filing of customer profile and quotation, obtain credit approval for key accounts.

7.Preparing monthly billing report and daily/weekly shipments report for key accounts.

8.Support sales to make clear customer’s requirement and provide high quality serivce.

9.Analyzing profit / loss

10.Other tasks assigned by supervisors


Job Requirement:

1.College degree or the above in logistics or the related

2.A minimum of 5 years related working experience

3.Team work spirit

4.Active working attitude

5.Proficient with MS office

6.Patient,efficient,responsible,honest,can work under pressure
