Objective of job
• Market and MB sales performance analysis to give sales tactics related input
• Sales data and database management to ensure in-time and accurate sales data and report delivery
• Presentation preparation for sales related topics for top management
Main tasks
1. Sales Tactics
- Market and Competitor: Provide in-depth analyses, derive insights and action recommendations based on market performance and competitor movements
- MB: Develop analytical models and conduct predictive analysis to provide a wholistic view on retail momentum, giving input for Kufri, OP, TA and SI on needed frequencies
- MB: Analytics on supply-and-demand situation of MB sales situation to evaluate sales chances, risks and countermeasures in short-and-mid term
- Prepare management decisions and management reporting on sales volume topics
- Colaborate with related functions on sales KPI definition, sales process and sales funnel optimization
2. Sales Reporting
- Be responsible for in-time and accurate operational report and analysis for central and region sales & marketing (daily reports)
- Proactively reporting on sales KPIs include but not limited to sales pace, RT/WS TA achievement, showroom traffic, order performance and sales funnel on different data granularities
- Preperation of sales operations topics and reports for S&M internal business alignment meeting (weekly/monthly meeting, kufri meeting etc.)
- Presentation files and reports update for management usage for external meetings (shareholder alignment meeting, dealer group meeting etc.)
- Month-end/year-end retail landing result delivery
- Leading interpretation of business requirements to create dashboards, analysis, reports, and other data visualizations that provide business insight
3. Sales Data and Database Management
- Colaborate with responsible teams on sales data manamgent, develops and implements data policies, standards, controls and programs to ensure sales data is accurate, complete, compliant, secure and reliable.
- Leading constant enrichment and enhancement on sales operation database (SOD) and other tools with automated functions for more efficient report and optimized analysis for decision making
- Cooperate and actively involved in BMBS projects in terms of product and dealer sales performance, sales process and sales data management related topics
4. Presentation preparation for top management
- Leading preparation of management presentations for public occasions, i.e. NDC, RDC, investor conference, strategic partner conference, shareholder conference etc.
