To strengthen our team and respond to our customers’ needs, we have an immediate exciting job opening for an energetic customer oriented professional. We are looking for an experienced sales leader to lead Eaton’s system sales team. As a Sales Team Leader for our system offering, you will have an exciting area to help us grow our large system sales, expand our operations into new areas. You are an experienced inspirational sales leader, who is digitally savvy, leads with data and lead by example by actively executing your own pipeline as well. You understand the ongoing transformation of the energy sector and it’s impact on buildings. You have strong electrical background, understand project business and have experience of developing and managing partner networks. You learn fast and on product level you are able to quickly comprehend low- and medium voltage, uninterrupted power supply solutions or energy storage offerings. The role is versatile and depends on your skills and drive to grow and develop. Your key deliverables: You lead, motivate, coach and develop your sales team in order to meet your targets both in revenue and profitability You work systematically to serve your customers and your pipeline You hunt new business and work RFP’s and RFQ’s. Contribute to our customers businesses and reach your targets in customer satisfaction You come with good existing network which helps you to build partner networks to deliver large projects – “turn key” solutions for our customers and expand our existing operation also to new areas within building sector. Qualifications Qualifications Required: You are an experienced (min. 5 years) sales leader with demonstrated track record in all aspects of sales leadership. Suitable sales leadership background may be from electrical, electrical consulting or contractor busines Good knowledge of the electrical systems of buildings such as: UPS systems, Medium voltage switchgear and energy storage solutions. You have skills to interpret RQF’s and technical drawings as well as designing solutions for our customers. Skills to negotiate commercial contracts You communicate and present fluently in seminars and at the customer front, both in Finnish and English You are digitally savvy and able to work analytically and use data in your leadership work You have customer first attitude and are energetic self-starter with good team working skills.
