Eaton's Filtration Division develops its presence in the Fine Chemical / Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical markets and is looking for a Sales Manager to complete the EMEA sales team in order to support and further grow the sales and Eaton's presence of Filtration Products within these segments. The Field Sales Manager is a key member of the Fine Chemicals/Pharmaceutical Sales Team and is responsible for the business development of Eaton's filtration products and applications in the Fine Chemical / Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical market segments. This is a critical position for a sales professional with experience in the filtration applications. The location is Austria and the target territory will be DACH (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) The role will fulfil the following primary objectives: Consultancy and sale of products and solutions for filtration applications in the target markets Technical and commercial front negotiation with customers Development of sales through the acquisition of new customers Definition and implementation of effective sales tactics/plans to grow our business and development of new market opportunities Development of adjacent markets like Beer&Food Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Technical or engineering university degree or equivalent Commercial experience in the filtration business related to Fine Chemicals and Biotechnologies Fluency in English and German Willingness to travel to cover the business needs Desired skills: Exposure to Organization Development, including Organizational Change Management, Compensation, Talent Assessment, and Employment Law coupled with practical savvy for coaching management on these topics and applying the knowledge to training and deployment Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment, adaptable and comfortable in a changing, matrix management environment, able to shift from tactical to strategic Experience in introducing new HR initiatives/practices and in driving continuous improvement in a multinational environment What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible working solutions Culture & Values – We are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important.
