- Identify training requirements in products/processes/selling skills/platforms/projects, help design and implement training plan.

- Develop and keep updating training courses and materials based on feedbacks from other functions and dealers.

- Deliver training as per training plans, ensure all trainings are appropriately conducted, reported, and recorded.

- Support training projects by undertaking assigned project relasted tasks, support team members to develop training expertise together.

- Keep constant communication with Sales, business related functions of MBFS and BMBS training to exchange information, identify opportunities, and share best practices.

- Provide training related supports to other functions of MBFS.
