To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Sales Training Administrator, you will play an integral part in our Sales Training team by delivering the operational plan to support the creation, deployment and follow up for all sales training and associated content and tools. We are creating instructor-led training, online training (web session and eLearning), LMS courses and associated training slides, workbooks and job aids. This all needs to be structured and managed in an operational plan that best matches the specific needs of the EMEA sales teams and other divisions. You will work closely with sales training program manager, sales trainers, sales operations, and sales teams to ensure the required training is delivered in the best possible way. You will also be responsible managing a mechanism to measure the impact and effectiveness of the training which is delivered. Your main responsibilities: Deliver the overall deployment plan to meet the goals of the training team Communicating with sales teams to ensure they are aware of available training Own all aspects of planning for all training courses and programs. Including coordinating attendees, dates, venues, supporting content and follow up Where needed you will support the deployment of training content onto our various training platforms and LMS. Manage the effective delivery of the on-boarding and ever-boarding programs Manage a process to continually assess sales skills and competency levels, reporting trends, gaps and new requirements. Liaise with all external training providers before, during and after training delivery #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Secondary school qualifications and some further education. 3+ years experience working in an administration or planning role, preferably in training space Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with web sessions tools (e.g. MS Teams). Experience with data reporting tools – Excel, PowerBI Highly organized with a methodical and systematic approach to work. Experienced working within an administrative capacity preferably in a training or L&D related role Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of interacting with a variety of stakeholders Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point A proactive approach to the way you work and willing to work independently. Proven ability and agility to manage a number of different tasks at any one time and work at pace Service oriented. You are a people person, systematic and trustworthy, who effortlessly provides exceptional support and results. Adaptable. You’re at ease in a fast-paced environment and you’re able to change direction rapidly when priorities, deadlines, or personalities shift. A team player.
