Sales Training Manager

Job Description

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Identify training needs through working closely with DSM/ Sales Rep, then conduct the workshop to enhance sales Rep or DSM’s capabilities
  • Implement orientation training program follow the annual training plan.
  • Operate multiple learning platform,such as e-learning,wechat etc.
  • Track the effect of classroom training trough joint call, and help reps to improve selling skills

in field.

  • To familiarize with all new detailing and communication materials prepared by marketing team, and work closely with product managers to develop and conduct effective training sessions for field force to roll-out the desired campaigns.
  • Maintain and Update Training database. Maintain all the training records and materials for future reference.
  • Develop training manuals, role play training videos, and other internal training materials.
  • Share experience on the assigned courses and best practice with other trainers.
  • Sharpen the required technical expertise, such as critical skills, competitive product

knowledge, and computer skill for maintaining a professional image

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Healthcare Nutrition or Pharma industry experience preferred
  • Experience in both Healthcare Nutrition and Pharma industry is an advantage
  • With more than 2 years experience in healthcare industry training field.
  • Preferably, have sales working experience in pharmaceutical or nutrition industry.
  • Preferably, have new media users technology
  • Proficient in both reading and written English
  • Fluent English  speak is an advantage
  • Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software;
  • Frequent travels within China to conduct training and participate in meetings
