Job Description
  • Work closely with national training manager and sales and marketing team and HR team to create, execute, evaluate specific learning and development projects for people competency development according to our business strategy;
  • Deliver training effectively;
  • Help national sales manager to identify the business needs to increase productivity of teams;
  • Measure the effectiveness of related training programs and tools;
  • Partner with RSM and SM to ensure our reps have capabilities to meet both short/long term business goals, especially focus on new or high potential rep;
  • Work with HR to design and implement the pipeline cultivate project;
  • Take on additional projects as assigned by national training manager;
  • Work closely with national training manager or sales management team leader in the design, development and delivery of field training programs to help our business rapid growth.


  • Minimum education required for competent performance.
  • Bachelor degree required, major in Clinical Medicine or related is preferred.
  • Industry experiences:
+ 1 years of training experience required;
Sales manager or RSM background.
  • Position experiences:
Minimum 3 or above year working experience as sales manager in large joint venture medical devices company;
Sales training experience is preferred.
  • Language Skills:
Proficient in verbal and written communication;
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Computer Skills:
Equivalent Microsoft office software skills.
  • Mobility:
Willing to travel.
