Perform a Group function to support SBUs including China and Hong Kong on Product Education.

Develop top-notch product training materials for front line staff, in the format of PowerPoint presentations and videos for new products and revamp those for existing key products.

Required to interview with key personnel, internally and externally, and conduct secondary research to understand the craftsmanship and key selling points.

Work with external suppliers on video and graphics production to hence the overall presentation of product training materials.

Collaborate with HR Training department on the delivery of actual training to front line staff

Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines

Minimum 5 year's solid experience in Training or Marketing, preferably in luxury retail or fashion brands

Strong PowerPoint skills is a must

A great team player with good communication and project management skills

Strong initiative, detail-oriented, have creative sense, efficient and able to work under pressure

Proficient in reading and writing both Chinese and English
