Insight Adventures is a leading outdoor education and adventure company in China. Since 2010, Insight Adventures has been providing high quality adventure and outdoor activities, packages and training, and also the major provider to international schools in China. Based in Yangshuo, Insight also has offices in Sanya and Shanghai, and operates trips throughout wilderness areas across China.

We are now looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team of international and local Chinese staff.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a strategic role in the promotion and sales of the business to continue growth. They are responsible for leading and directing a Marketing and Sales team, to promote the business brand, cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to generate new revenue opportunities and refine business systems and processes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing and driven to succeed and has a background in Sales and Marketing.

We are currently offering two year contracts.
As part of the remuneration package managers will receive a monthly salary, accommodation, and most meals (dinner six nights a week and meals while working).

Our applicants ideally should have the requirements below:
* Minimum three year management experience in service/sales in a related industry
* Ability to lead a team and inspire the best collaborative performance
* Experience with personnel management, including staff supervision and training,
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Work proactively, willing to take initiative
* Passion for outdoor education/adventure lifestyle
* Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
* Fluency in Chinese would be an added advantage
