Job Duties

• Handle sales order process including quotation, invoices , import and exports & relative documents
•  To ensure on time delivery, communicate with factory and customer to set delivery dates and deal with both parties to resolve any issues. 
•  Arrange transportation and other logistics, and full set of I/E documents & custom declaration.
• Maintain and manage online order systems of a major customer, and handling PO and production lead time with factory.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support & logistics positions in manufacturing or trading companies;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organised, hardworking with positive spirit and strong team work;
• Excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both English and Mandarin;
• Experience in online ordering platform of major retailers such as Amazon is an advantage.
