Job descriptions:

• Support day-to-day sales order entry and follow up ;
• Coordinate with sales team, shipping dept & warehouse;
• Receive phone calls, responsible for processing letters and mails
• Provide Administrative support
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operation and sourcing team

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above with 2 years working experience;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Responsible, mature, well organized, stable, proactive, detail-minded and good team player;
• Familiar with standard administrative Software (MS office);
• Interested in LED Lighting industry.
• Willing to learn and out-going attitude
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime (if necessary);
