Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Probe Store (consumables)

  • Process Probe orders (customer contact, order entry, shipping, billing, accounts receivable)

  • Follow up with customers for payment

  • Maintain Probe Stock to ensure fast shipping time

  • Update web site with new probe offerings, pricing, and promotions

  • Work with manager on conference, internet, and other Probe marketing campaigns

  • Target marketing to customers by application

  • Provide Probe order/sales report to Senior Admin and Management

  • Provide feedback to marketing/management on probe sales and request trends

  • Report to Managers any current or foreseen problems with supply and delivery


Service Admin Sales and Support

  • Work with service team to promote extended warranty and service/support package options

  • Contact customers before end of warranty to inform warranty expiration and promote extended warranty service/support packages

  • Confirm and maintain warranty expiration calendar

  • Assist Admin with spare parts inventory management


Marketing

  • Work with marketing on consumables, accessories, and upgrade promotion campaigns

  • Assist with in-house training logistics: send out invitation letter, book hotels, certificate printing, etc..

  • Technical Workshop on-site support

  • Manage AR marketing materials: brochures, popups, gifts


General

  • Maintain and develop knowledge of assigned products and their common applications, undertaking appropriate training where necessary.

  • Perform work safely at all times, maintaining an up to date knowledge of health & safety requirements and operating in accordance with health and safety at work legislation.

  • Participate in training and development activities as required.

  • Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities in line with the scope and level of responsibility of the post, which might reasonably be required.


Main working relationships

  • Reports to the senior sales administrator.

  • Works closely with sales team, service team, and management.

  • In addition to the above described duties, the post holder may be requested to perform other related duties.

Education / Qualifications

(Professional / Management)
  • Degree desirable
  • Fluent spoken and written English.


Professional Skills/ Abilities

Experience of developing and implementing streamlined administrative processes.

  • Good PC skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft packages is essential; experience in CRM would be valuable.

  • Work experience in an international company desirable.

  • Proactive. self-starter, completes activities with minimal support. Initiates actions to develop new and better ways of working, using past experience and any mistakes as positive opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong analytical & negotiation skills..

  • Rounded in approach – sees bigger picture as well as own priorities and needs

  • Must be prepared to travel (up to 40% of time)
