1. Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for TEM sales and overseeing the entire EAG sales and marketing efforts.
• Create Sales and Marketing strategy for TEM Business aiming at further and rapid development of overall EAG business.
• Prepares the business development plan and define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives for all the EAG Businesses in China.
• To lead and manage the entire sales team.
• Determine and identify new opportunities by analyzing business needs of all divisions
• Provide direction, guidance and advice to the sales team to ensure alignment with company’s strategy and plan.
• Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients and improve customer intimacy.
• Establish Key Account Management System where necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies for new services.
• Tender/proposal preparation, negotiation and follow up.
• Handling of commercial issues, i.e. terms and conditions, payment schedules, complaints.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposal, negotiate contracts and carry out the contract review jointly with Lab managers.
• Work in close cooperation with Operations and Technical team to ensure project/work execution.
• Preparation of commercial report, KPI follow up, plan and strategy to present to the management on regular basis.
• Assist in invoice payment, credit collection related issues.

2. Essentials:

• Graduate in Science or Engineering from a Top Tier University in China
• Preference will be given to those having Masters in Material Science.
• Good English abilities, CET 6 in the minimum
• Willing to travel around
• 10 years’ Experience in Material Science related business as Business Developer or Customer support
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in Semiconductor Testing Techniques, Advanced Imaging Experience like TEM, SEM, ……. And/or experience in Material Characterization Techniques Like SIMS, AUGER…will be given preference.”
