Job description

• Guide sales staff in order to achieve revenue targets and business result by building up long-term relationship with key buyers and distributors.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities by constant market research and offer sheet sent to existing or potential new buyers / customers.
• Recommend sound business plans and strategies for growth by analyzing market information and by developing in liaison with our current marketing and product department adequate requested products and styles.
• Initiate promotion activities and monitor their progress to ensure success and effectiveness.
• Execute budget planning for related key accounts.
• Monitor sales – offers – product development and customer service in liaison with our local merchandising team and European subsidiaries,
• Handle the customer after sales services and enhancement of the company website
• Maintain up to date catalogue and marketing materials
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate preferably in International trade,
• Minimum 3 years sales and account management experience - ideally with the European distribution channels (mass distribution, department stores, distributor).
• An experience in the bag, luggage, shoe or fashion industries or e-commerce will be a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, problem solving and customer oriented.
