Job Description

岗位目的:Job Objectives

协助大客户经理进行客户维护工作,包含:客户订单的条款、价格确认;与客户的日常沟通;在制订单的进度跟进及反馈客户;发货清单的核对、确认;发票邮寄等, 确保订单交期。

Assist the Key Account Manager to carry out customer maintenance work, including: Customer order terms, price confirmation, daily communication with customers, follow up and feedback on the progress of the development of orders, check the checklist, confirmation, invoice mailing, etc., to ensure the delivery of orders.


职责:

1.订单确认Order Confirmation

接到客户订单后,依据价格表核对价格及合同条款等内容,并告知物料部将订单信息录入系统。将确认的订单信息反馈给客户。确保订单信息的准确性。

After receiving the customer's order, check the price and contract terms according to the price list, and inform the material Department to enter the order information into the system. Feedback the confirmed order to the customer. Ensure the accuracy of order information.


2. 订单跟进反馈Order follow-up feedback

参与项目会议,同物料部门沟通,确认订单的进度及交货信息,并将相关信息反馈给客户及经理,及时回复客户的的疑问。保证订单顺利实施。

Participate in project meetings, communicate with material Department, confirm order progress and delivery information, and feedback to customers and managers, timely response to customer questions. Ensure the smooth implementation of the order.


3. 发货确认 Delivery Confirmation

根据客户要求,在发货前与客户一起确认发货清单,确保发货的正确。

According to customer requirements, confirm the shipment list with the customer before shipment to ensure that the shipment is correct.


4. 客户沟通 Customer Communication

协助大客户经理,保持与客户的日常沟通,了解客户需求,及进反馈信息,为客户提供良好的服务。

Assist key Account Manager, maintain daily communication with customers, understand customer needs, and feedback information, to provide customers with good service.


5. 文档处理 Document processing

相关销售订单、合同、文档,数据等的跟踪、处理,更新。保证资料的完整性。

Tracking, processing and updating of related sales orders, contracts, documents, data, etc. Ensure the integrity of the data.


6.上级安排的其他工作Other work assigned by manager


任职资格:Qualifications

本科以上,销售或英语相关专业。三年以上销售助理或业务跟单工作经验。良好的的英语听说读写能力,能与外商进行日常交流。较强的客服意识和团队合作能力。

Bachelor degree or above, major in sales or English related. At least three years working experience in sales assistant or order following up. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with foreign businessmen on a daily basis. Strong customer service awareness and team work ability
